The Bosses' Floor

Reception & Waiting Area of C.E.O & C.B.O’s Floor, Level 18, EXIM Bank at Jalan Sultan Ismail.

This is my previous work of being Resident Architect (I.D) to EXIM Bank new building. It only took 6 months to complete the I.D (refurbishment) works to an existing building (Darul Takaful now belongs to EXIM Bank). I didn’t have the photos of exiting building before refurbished, If u had once come to Bank Islam which was here before, you will know how not-so-cool of the buildings’ interior! =P

Now new owner with new look! Most of the visitors gave good comments,.. Thank you team! Good Job! And not forgotten, rarely we heard contractors complete job on time, but they did!!! Put that on records guys,.. =)

About The New Toy!

... okeh, let's have some review of my new toy which is the very needed lens i just bought! Still figuring and playing with the lens,.. i'm just an amateur user of DSLR, so lots to learn,.. I'm not having this for an extra income, it is just an obsession of having great piccas! =P

Quite new with this thing, and trying to get used of it. Oh, btw i will use this for photo blog thru my phone! May be photos of my Interior Architecture works, or family event, or holiday and or food and dine! So care to follow my tumblr ? heeeeee...=)

The Day We Upgrade Our Lens,...

... Y E A Y ! Finally we upgrade the lens from prime to FX-ultrawide lens with nano crystal coating n VR!

It was SUPER NEEDED! (ade ke ayat nih!?!) ahahaha nak tahu sebab ape? hah, sebab bulan 1 nih banyak perkara akan berlaku! (will update when time comes,.. =)). We supposed to survey and get it yesterday, but i was busy with works and need to do some marketing (read it as shop for household). Therefore today after breakfast (we had spaghetti goreng ala maggi goreng,.. papa said so!?! whatever *roll eyes* still he had 2 plates!)  and did some washing, 1030am we made a move to Time Square. Headed to Nikon Centre and gave a try few lens with our body. 30 mins gone and made our decision to upgrade the lens to *as above mentioned. Walked around to survey and wanna get it at better price. 

After 1 hour, finally we bought at Plaza Low Yatt =) i think it is sooooooooo worth buying with RM50 less than other shop. Though it just RM50, WTH still it is money to spend! =P

 

Dah penat shopping, mesti la lapar,.. it closed to 1.00pm (padanlah lapar! hiks =P)  and we had lunch at Penang Village, Time Square (tapi sebelum tuh, me dah ajak my laling minum n makan roti bakar & cheong fun combo at Low Yatt... dasar kuat makan!). Menu : 2 nasi putih, Garlic Beef, Two Style Kailan! Superb... Siap tapau sebab tak habis.... uhuhuhu boleh panaskan for dinner pulak,..bagus! tak payah masak,.. =)

Anyway,.. i had a great day, hopefully tomorrow will be better day and ahead,.. 

Psssst,.. remember in my last post i want to S H O P as my treat to myself,.. hah! There will be NO MORE shopping, as i upgraded the lens... =)

When old team gathered

... Last Thursday, had lunch with old team from S & A (my previous work place) at VIVO, The Curve.And we have lots of fun and updated stories! Bising okeh meja tuh! sume dok sibuk bercakap! Most of us made our own path, doing design and build on our own. Yes, we are supporting each other among us! Hopefully will always do. So the rest whose still at the firm, i wish u all the best and may u have the patient working with THEM! you-know-who! =)

Yeah, i tagged along my son as i was on leave that day! but after lunch need to settle things at site with contractor. As usual Little Liam was always the best company =) (sume site ibu, dia dah terjah! =))

... being a boss and a worker at the same time! Yeah great!

There were much more to learn in this construction arena.

Yes still coping with work loads and managing construction. After being a site representative or Resident Architect (I.D) for almost 7 months, and now i'm freelance designer and also a project designer. It's CHALLENGING! and needs enough gut, strength and brain as well. You have to be a thinker and  also a good planner... I'm trying my best to deliver this current project. I hope my client will satisfied with my service, InsyaAllah. If you following me thru twitter you will noticed i'm juggling my day with suppliers, materials, contractor and also client. Been here and there and sometimes have no time to eat! (I mean a proper one! =P and Drive thru is the best companion at the moment =) ...)
