Congo Bars
Sekarang ni tengah in Congo Bars ni. Dulu kan red velvet, now orang cari Congo Bars. Bagi aku, mende alah ni tak de la susah nk buat. Lagi sonang dari Red Velvet. Hahaha bahan pon mudah. Kira kalau malas malas pon boleh lagi la nak buat. Huuu hee. Nak jadikan cerita masa wedding cousin, weols antara orang yang kene contribute dessert/cakes for dessert table. Mak iols soh i buat red velvet cuppies for 200pax. Memang terbeliak mata la nak membuat nya. Bukan nya iols kerja buat kek sepanjang hari. Iols pon kerja pejabat. Maka iols pikir pikir kalau nk mudah, sama ada buat brownies or Congo Bars. Haaa campak masuk bahan, pastu bakar berloyang loyang pon tak pooo,... (bab nunggu bakor pon dok terbakor gak melanguk sampai pagi buta! pastu esoknya kerja T.T) Mak iols kata tak perlu la brownies sebab dah ada yang buat kek gula hangus, dah nak hampir sama rupanya. Maka iols end up buat 10 loyang Congo Bars. Gituuuh la kisah throwback iols :P
