Family Night

Last Saturday, our Adam's Family Night. We had dinner at Lai Po Heen, Mandarin Oriental KL. Yes, we had Chinese Cuisine. Terbayeeek yo! Alhamdulillah. And afterward, karaoke at Red Box Plus, Pavillion. *terserempak pulak dengan pelakon Johan Ashaari mase amik makanan, takde lah nk amik gambar bagai. I buat tak tahu jer :)* Liam sangat enjoy siap pegang mic nak nyanyi sama. Memang budak suka nyanyi pon. *tak amik gambar bnyk pon, sebab bilik gelap. DL pon malas setting bagai* Bobot pulak, sangat baik. Siap boleh tido lagi walaupon makcik pakcik dok terjerit-jerit nyanyi. Tapi kene tido peluk dgn ibu lah,.. It's a norm for having last family dinner before my little sis and brother going back to their study place. Yup these two months, Jan & Feb, we are full house! Looking forward for next year to be full house again. Or end of this year may be!?! Hihihi InsyaAllah...

Girls at Delicious

... It was never too late to put history in record,.. So does past memories which mean a lot,.. 

Last Federal Day, me and my girls had our so-called-girls-talk at Delicious, Jalan Tun Razak. Nice place to dine in! I love the environment and the desserts and cakes too! (My sis likes to brought back home their cake for us!) We never had proper plan to have one. And it just poped-up when one of us sms each other =) I guess after this we gonna have spa-time-with-B2B Dr. Julie. Dear Ain, please arrange soon! I have to lock the date dear,.. Seems like time gonna hunting me until mid of March. Hopefully the by then i have time or can slot in our date in my diary! Pssst,.. Izyan it's fills incomplete when you not around! and make sure this time you are in! Missed the gelak-tak-hengat with both of u, Ain and Izyan,.. Julie, buat la pertukaran kat KL, buleh la slalu join kitorg! =)

Jom Sarapan!

...Oh, sudah masuk tengah hari! lambat sikit post ini =)

Today, we had homemade roti jala and kari sotong for breakfast! hah, rajin kan??? Mestilah sebab dah ade agenda untuk hari ni =) Kari sotong buleh bring forward lauk lunch! so tambah ikan selar goreng and cicah cencalok! slurp! sedap! memang dari semalam teringin sangat nak makan cencalok! tak sabar nak lunch nih! Ok, apakah agenda hari ni? After lunch me, Little Liam and Mak Ngah nak tempah baju untuk majlis bulan 3 nih,... 3 pasang OK! 2 pasang ade lining! bile ade lining mestilah 2 kali ganda, pastu ade beads lagi,.. hah, koman2 ade gak kene rm200++ sepasang untuk yg ade lining,.. sepasang lagi save budget, kain pun murah je so,.. save la sepasang,.. Nanti kan preview baju untuk majlis bulan 3 nanti,.. Dah ade baju, tudung plak takde! Hah, alasan!=P

Anyway, enjoy holiday peeps! And Salam Maulidurrasul =) (Tengah dok pikir cara2 nak didik anak mencintai Rasulullah nanti,.. Semoga kita semua berjaya mendidik anak2 kita, InsyaAllah...)

Tea time at Chilis,..

... with Little Sister, Shahida.

Yesterday after office, we went to KLCC to find birthdday gift for Dear Monther aka Little Liam's Grenma. Tapi mesti la ade hadiah untuk Little Liam jugak! Sebab they share same Birth Date! And know what, ZARA is having session clearance SALE!!!  Ohoooooooooo at the moment i'm preventing my self from buying, and currently keep thinking on the spotted blouse =P Rasa-rase esok esok kalau pi ade lagi tak??? (please shakes head! No No No!)

So,..Before buying the stuff we had a tea-time-to-pre-dinner meal at Chilis! uhuuuuuuuuuu dasar kuat makan (me la tuh! =P) and we had Molten Chocolate Cake and Nachos! The molten choc cake was superb! me and little sis love it sooooooooo much! The it was her TREAT!! kah kah kah. Lain kali nak datang makan lagi ;) and of course we had 'snap snap' session! Ahaaaaaaaaaaaa sila layan kan aje eh,.. =)

My dear laling said "Please spot the different!" Duh,.. what ever ~

The Day We Upgrade Our Lens,...

... Y E A Y ! Finally we upgrade the lens from prime to FX-ultrawide lens with nano crystal coating n VR!

It was SUPER NEEDED! (ade ke ayat nih!?!) ahahaha nak tahu sebab ape? hah, sebab bulan 1 nih banyak perkara akan berlaku! (will update when time comes,.. =)). We supposed to survey and get it yesterday, but i was busy with works and need to do some marketing (read it as shop for household). Therefore today after breakfast (we had spaghetti goreng ala maggi goreng,.. papa said so!?! whatever *roll eyes* still he had 2 plates!)  and did some washing, 1030am we made a move to Time Square. Headed to Nikon Centre and gave a try few lens with our body. 30 mins gone and made our decision to upgrade the lens to *as above mentioned. Walked around to survey and wanna get it at better price. 

After 1 hour, finally we bought at Plaza Low Yatt =) i think it is sooooooooo worth buying with RM50 less than other shop. Though it just RM50, WTH still it is money to spend! =P

 

Dah penat shopping, mesti la lapar,.. it closed to 1.00pm (padanlah lapar! hiks =P)  and we had lunch at Penang Village, Time Square (tapi sebelum tuh, me dah ajak my laling minum n makan roti bakar & cheong fun combo at Low Yatt... dasar kuat makan!). Menu : 2 nasi putih, Garlic Beef, Two Style Kailan! Superb... Siap tapau sebab tak habis.... uhuhuhu boleh panaskan for dinner pulak,..bagus! tak payah masak,.. =)

Anyway,.. i had a great day, hopefully tomorrow will be better day and ahead,.. 

Psssst,.. remember in my last post i want to S H O P as my treat to myself,.. hah! There will be NO MORE shopping, as i upgraded the lens... =)

11 Months and Fondue

... weeee Little Liam turns 11 months and 1 month to A YEAR!

Oh, time flies sooooooo fast...

Busy days seem killing the time. 

And i'm kung-fu-fighting with time and works.

Works-like-could-never-end =P

Overall i still have time with my LOVES, that for sure!

Love them to death!

Yes, LOVE need sacrifices.

Weeeee finally i had my Espetada! 

Mase tengah gila-kerja tuh sangat la nak makan Espetada ni,... 

Suruh my laling take-away Nandos SOGO, 

Unfortunately, at that time they closed for renovation la pulak!

So bertahan la sampai last Tuesday my laling ajak keluar for dinner,..

Not because i dont want to cook, but i'm feeling unwell with sore throat!

Rase lembik gituh,.. 

But once sampai Nandos segar la pula semata-mata nak makan Espetada!

 Sementara tunggu makanan, Little Liam baca Peek-a-Boo dulu!

Ok, Espetada Ibu punya, NY Cheese cake Little Liam yang punya!

Udang Goreng Kari,..

... hahaha ade ke? ...

main belasah aje nih name masakan

sebab main masak-masak je udang nih!

then menjadi la pulak hahaha

buleh ke nak kata terbaik dari ladang?

perasan sungguh! =P

Bahan-bahan:

* 1 biji bawang besar - dimayang

* 2 inci halia - dihiris

* 5 batang cili kering - digunting

* Daun kari

8 ekor udang

2 sudu kecil serbuk kari

secukup rasa garam, corriander, black pepper 

Cara-cara:

1. Digoreng dengan sedikit minyak bahan-bahan *

2. Bila sudah naik bau, masukkan Udang dan serbuk kari sehingga masak bersama bahan-bahan secukup rasa

My first time was the Banana Chocolate which i bought at Hot & Roll, SOGO. 

Yesterday, went to Jusco Au2 and had my Crispy Chicken & Cheese! 

Ouh, u can choose to have with Paratha or Crispy.

I prefer the Crispy! 

I dont want to explain more,..

Cucur Jagung,..

Anyone, cucur jagung? 

Been keeping the sweet corn for a week becoz shortage of ingredients! 

Hah, but last weekend managed to get rid of 1 sweet corn and left another 1 in the fridge,..

Bahan-bahan:

- 1 tangkai (betul ke?) sweet corn - dihiris

- sedikit daun sup dan bawang - dimayang

- 3 biji bawang merah - dimayang

- 1/2 tangkai cili merah

- 1 biji telur

- 1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum

- air secukupnya

Campur semua bahan diatas dan digoreng!

PS. Actually, tak pernah ade specific sukatan kalau saya yang memasak, main campur and  campak-campak je kalau buat cucur nih,.. so sesape nak cube nih, kene la try and error bagi yang tak biase buat cucur,.. Selamat mencube!

Tuna Roll for Breakfast

We had Tuna Roll for breakfast! Simple yet delicious! 

My laling said can have this often,.. =)

Bahan Inti:

- 1 tin tuna in mineral water / oil

- 1 sudu besar mayonis / thousand island

- sedikit oregano, basil, black pepper

- garam secukup rasa

...Roti secukupnya

Bahan celup:

- 1 biji telur kuning (dipukul dengan sedikit garam)

- serbuk roti secukupnya

Cara-cara:

1. Campurkan semua bahan-bahan inti

2. Ratakan inti  (letak satu barisan di bahagian tepi roti), kemudian gulungkan roti serapatnya.

3. Celupkan roti yang telah digulung ke dalam telur kemudian golekkan dengan serbuk roti (breadcrumb)

4. Sematkan roti tadi dengan woodie (pencungkil gigi) dan sedia digoreng! 

Goreng sehingga golden brown. 

Selesai goreng, sedia untuk dimakan,.. 

Selamat mencube,..

Suka makan sotong,..

... my laling likes to eat squid! S O T O N G! whilst me likes to cook 'Sotong 3 Rasa' and it's really my own recipe! kuikuikui sooooooka main masak-masak, then main blasah je rempah tumis tuh camana asalkan logic dengan rasa! (bila makan kat kedai slalu tengok and analys rasa, so bila nak masak ikut logic rasa,.. hahaha macam terror rase aje! ;-p)

So, what's the ingredients?

Bahan tumis:

- 1 biji bawang besar (dimayang)

- 3 ulas bawang putih (dimayang)

- 1 inci halia (dihiris)

- 3 sekawan (bunga lawang, cengkih, kayu manis)

- 1 batang serai diketuk 

- 3 helai daun limau (dihiris/dipecah)

... tumis bahan-bahan di atas sampai naik bau! (hoh, dengan minyak masak ye,..=))

then, masukkan bahan-bahan kat bawah mengikut turutan:

- 1 sudu besar cili giling / cili boh

- 1 sudu besar sos tiram

- 2 sudu besar sos cili (guna cap life, laling's fevret!)

- 3 ekor sotong dipotong kecil

- 1 biji limau nipis (diambil jus sahaja)

- sedikit air, gula dan garam

Selamat mencube! Nanti kite cube lagi resepi lain eks,..

SITE and FOOD,..

When it's month of Ramadhan, suppliers and contractors queuing to treat the Client and Consultant for Breaskfasting,.. Alhamdulillah this is the chance to taste the famous Ramadhan Buffet in town! hohoho I do mean KL only,.. So where have we went? KGPA, Sheraton Hotel, KDE and the latest IBUNDA at Jalan Bukit Bintang,.. But now i'm going to do free promotion for IBUNDA,. hehehehe it's a Malay Fine Dining !!! and suite with the name, IBUNDA, the main course will be served, and side dishes is selfservice,.. My laling said among all places we've went (last on yesterday, more to come!!!) for breakfasting, IBUNDA is the fullest he had,.. He said the Grilled Lamb was GOOD,.. Down under is their promotion!

Hari ni p IKEA plakss beli brg2 yg patut n wajib dulu utk kitorg gune kt umah sewa tuh,.. ape ek kitorg beli? hmmm carpet, bantal, tilam (single jer,.. ongkos nya blum cukup), cermin, wrdrobe, rak kasut, n table lamp,..(cube bygkan cmne la kitorg sumbat segala brg dlm Ford LYNX RS tuh~ ahahahaha berpeluh my Laling susun n sumbat brg2 tuh,.. niat dihati mau amik gmbr,.. tp mengenangkan my Laling yg tgh membara mau marah sbb sume bende mau beli n bw,..ahahaha tp kami berjaya juaaa,.. yeay!) lepas nih kitchen and electrical equipments plakss,.. aduhhhh mau aje gwe nyanyi lagu duit duit tuh,.. Alhamdulillah mujur ade simpanan Tabung Haji yg dicarum secara bulanan (gwe set aside duit nih awal2 sejak stat keje,.. dulu igt duit nih buleh la gune bile terdesak o x cukup nk masuk umah SURIAJELATEK,.. tp niat dolu2 mau g HAJI awal2 diwktu muda),..so buleh la nk pki bile waktu2 cmni,.. klu xde aduuuuh mmg perit la mau cr duit,.. xkan mau swap credit card! mau nyer x mkn berbulan2,.. btul la org kate, sikit cmne pon gaji kene jugak wat simpanan bulanan,..(erksss cant wait for dividen from ASB!ngeh3,.. mate da berpusing2 nih~woot*woot*)

Smpi je Condo suda kol 645ptg,.. my Laling solat Asar dulu dgn mengazankan rumah tuh~ huhuhu terharu,..May Allah Bless~ Kitorg bersihkan rumah tuh n angkut brg2 yg beli td,.. sgt penat OK! tp my Laling lg penat sbb die jer hero tuk sume brg2 tuh,.. gwe tukang tolak troli aje,.. ouh da juge tukang mop lantai rumah, abes sgla urusan dlm jam 830mlm,.. odw back kitorg cr slurpy 7eleven (aduh, sgt kempunan n dahaga slurpy,..) tp hampeh! 7E kt sentul da abes slurpy,...so minum je air lain,.. asalkan dpt hilangkan dahaga n penat,...

Nxt week kene kumpulkan kekuatan n kene ade pekerje tmbahan nih! nk bersihkn lagi skali rumah for final round, pastu angkut sgala brg2 kt umah mak,.. then stay~ pssst... ade sukarelawan x mau berkhidmat utk sy? tp buleh bg free swimming at pool aje! ngeh3

Pagi - Medan MARA utk tempah baju for Eza's Wedd

Tghari - The CURVE , hmm ni pon sbb da buhsan nk p jln2 kt KLCC n MIDValley,.. kunun2 nyer mau masuk IKEA n IKANO juge,.. tp sy suda stuck kt BORDERS membelek2 buku (huhuhu dpt gak la grab 2-3 buku,.. I LOIKE!!=)) x lame sgt pon kt The Curve,.. sbb my Laling suda penat menunggu gwe membelek2 buku so we decided 'balik saja rumah'

On d way back tuh my Laling dpt misscall dr Roy (Archi'smate die) pastu Pak Ya (Archi'smate) pulak buat misscall,.. huhuhu suda ketahuan bahawa berita my Laling akan berkhidmat dgn JKR tersebar meluas,.. huhuhu bagus juge gwe update cite d blog, senang mau berkhabar berita dgn rakan2, x perlu call o msg sume org! (~yeay!) Then gwe tlg call Pak Ya smule n kitorang sempat membuat pusingan (~cheeewah, padahal masuk simpang je,.. mujur masih sempat,..=p) utk ke MIDValley,. mau lepak sama Pak Ya n Hadi (Archi'smate),.. huhu slalu my Laling lepak dgn my ID's @ HBP's mate, so skrg sy mau teman die plak,.. yelah,... agak lama jugak die x berhubung dgn rakan2 yg ini,.. kt MIDValley kitorg fill d time dgn nonton muviee (Queen of Langkasuka, best cite nih!) jalan2 tgk barang,.. ouh Pak Ya akhirnya berjaya menemui tmpt mkn pancake durian yg dikatakan sedap! (mekaseh ye kerana berjaya igt!) the place called sweetchat klu x silap,.. berdekatan dgn metrojaya level 1,... mmg sedap la pancake durian tuh! lenkali p MIDValley this gonna b my fav dining @ spot for 'lepaking' agak lama jugak laaa spent time dgn 2 org nih (Pak Ya n Hadi) after maghrib baru la singgah sat kt The Garden (sbb Pak Ya x penah jln2 sini lagi! ahahaha klaka sungguh,.. slalu p MIDVall tp x singgah bangunan sebelah ajeee!!! aduh laaaa~) hohoho ade conversation n adegan klaka antara Pak Ya n Pitt (ini sebelum Pitt fly ke Japan,..mujur sempat call say gudbye n best of luck) sy x mau crite apekah itu! tp kitorg terpakse bergegas ke the Garden yg kunun2nye Pitt ade kt situ@food court (ini kerana Pak Ya suda misunderstood,.. cheh~)

Sunday morning, drive back to KL,.. smpi KL dl kol 1230ptg,.. tp kene singgah Medan MARA dulu, my Laling kene paksa rela teman kan me nk p amik gmbr NORZ Beauty House to add in n update my portfolio (my ID works - freelance) pastu had a lite lunch dgn Sate Samuri kt Medan Selera MARA kt bwh tuh,.. da abes mkn my Laling anta me blk rumah n die plak kene masuk keje,.. ade keje kate nyer,.. hmmm x pelah, me buleh blk rumah tdo,.. penat sey,.. teman kan my Laling drive back to KL, ahahaha kali ni berjaya tnpa melelapkan mate,.. tp my Laling kene bertahan la mendengarkan sumbangan lagu dr gwe! ahaksss,.. i LOIKE... =)

Ok,.. bwh nih,.. gmbr my ID works utk NORZ Beauty House... Da lama siap bru nk amik gmbr,.. makanya bnyk la bnde2 asing yg krg menyenangkan,.. ye lah, suke ati tuan punye kedai la kan nk deco cmne,.. yg pnting the ID works suda siap,..heeeeeeeeee





Kol 430ptg my Laling called kejutkan dr tdo,.. mau amik me kluar p beli kain tuk Wedd Eza kt Gulati's Wangsa Maju, tp sblum tuh kene temankan die makan laaaa,. hmmm mane lagi klu Fav Fast Food die,.. WENDY'S... yg penting seminggu skali mesti die kene makan WENDY'S! itu lah my Laling,.. nway i oso enjoyed the burger! ahahahahha...




P/S: adeh,.. muke gwe yg sgt xbest sbb bru bangun tdo trus kene temankan my Laling makan kt WENDY's (nway smpt jugak berposing!?! ahaksss)
